OTOCare OPC (“OTOCare,” “We,” “Us”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and data protection, and are committed to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“Privacy Laws”). We respect the privacy of our Users and expect all individuals interacting with our Platform to adhere to the same. This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the OTOCare platform, whether mobile or website, (the “Platform”) in their use thereof and to the processing activities conducted by OTTOCare in the Platform.  It does not apply to any third-party websites or products or services that may be accessed through the Platform. Users should review the privacy practices of any third-party organization before providing information.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Privacy Policy, and, where necessary, you have signified your consent to the processing of your Personal Information.

Communication: To send you confirmations via email, SMS texts, notifications, or important updates regarding your bookings or account. To allow the service provider to contact your when a Work Order has been made.

Locational Information: Address or location pin

Necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with the Users; necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by OTOCare

Booking a Service: When you request a service at home or on the road, we collect service location, vehicle details, service preferences, and assigned service provider information. We also use this information to match with service providers who can provide the required services in the area.

Payment Information: credit or debit card information, electronic wallet information, bank information

All payment information are encrypted for security purposes

Payment Processing: To process payments for the services you request through the App, and to process payments to service providers.

Vehicle Information: make, model, license plate, color, status or state of vehicle

Booking a Service: When you request a service at home or on the road, we collect service location, vehicle details, service preferences, and assigned service provider information.

Business information: if you are a service provider, name, name of business, contact number, email address, valid government ID, qualifications, experience, certifications

Qualification Assessment: To assess your qualifications as a service provider, and allow the Customer to determine if they will avail your services.

Transaction data: bookings, transaction and payment history, vehicle service history, feedback and reviews

Records Maintenance: To maintain records of your transactions, and provide a history of services performed for vehicle analysis.

Cookies, or similar technologies to improve user experience, analytics, and advertising

Data may be analyzed to improve service matching and user experience.
